Could be an amazing Game!!

I have found ever since the update to repair issues with the iPod 4th gens, that now on my iPhone 5, I cannot get past the first scene due to freezing.
Considering you have to pay for this game, I would hope you can fix these issues or reimburse those who have payed!!!!!
